PlattenPlatte® - 15 mm Rigid Pedestal
PlattenPlatte® denotes our shape-stable, aging- and weather-resistant rigid plate stilt bearings. The raw material polyethylene used contains no plasticizers. This ensures absolute compatibility with other building materials such as bitumen, PVC, PIB, elastomers and more.
Compensation of unevenness is carried out by balancing discs/ shim washers AS155/1 and AS15/3.
Unevenness of the terrace covering such. for natural stone slabs and the substrate as a slope compensation and fine adjustment are compensated by the shim washers/ balancing discs AS15/3 or 155/1 as accessories. These are also divisible. For example, they can be placed on or between pedestals. Due to the joint spacers positioned on the pedestal, fixation is guaranteed at the same time.
The rigid pedestals PP155/15 and PP155/45 are:
- Dynamic and impact noise-insulating
- Stackable
- Can be spilt and installed as a three-quarter, half or quarter pedestal (e.g. installation on borders)
- Features plug-attach detail at both ends (inverted-configuration installation).

Specific installation instructions:
- Four plates or gratings each share a plate bearing.
- In the case of wood flooring, the load-bearing construction is placed on the stilt bearings.
- The bearings can be stacked and brought together with the balancing discs to the desired height and inclination.
- Half or quarter bearings are used at the edge and corners.
- Gaps remain open and water can thus run off underneath the paving.
- Every height is reached by simply non-slip stacking.
- Pre-determined breaking points make it easier for you to halve and quarter slab supports/pedestals. As a result there is no waste, since each subunit is reusable. Simple, non-slip stacking enables you to achieve any height that you require.
- Cost savings compared with conventional installation methods are approx. 35%.
All euro-system pedestals / stilt bearings can be combined with each other, whether rigid or height-adjustable.
